We were on a look out for a place in Goa, for quite some time. Nothing was working out for us. Till we were introduced to Steven D’sa who not only was genuinely interested in helping us but took the pains to do so. He showed us a variety of flats within our budget. He gave us the pros and cons of each flat, which helped us to make an informed decision. Till date, he helps us with the nitty gritty of our flat, liasions with the engineer at the construction site, lets us know the stage of construction, sends us pictures … Even where the commission was concerned he did not hurry us, but gave us the time to do the payment. Hi, We have recently purchased a 1BHK flat at Navelim (South Goa) through Magic Masons. We are extremely happy with the service, provided by them. Right from initial information, site visit planning, transport organization,seeing the place, till the final Sale Deed , lawyers liason,registration and temporary property managment,there was full co-operation, especially from Steven D'sa. and after sales assistance by Bosco Noronha who was truly a god send. even though it was not in the job description According to us, these are one of the most reliable people in this field or real estate sales in Goa and have no hesitation in recommending them to friends, family and be they fly by night non Acquaintances.
